I responded to an ad on Craigslist. I received a phone call. Everything sounded promising. I was told by the President of the firm they had plenty of work. I scheduled my visit to Medford, OR. When I was in the interview, they claimed they had no work at all. I never heard back from them again. I was asked about how I designed my buildings. I was asked very in depth questions by the President. The firm promised they would reimburse me for my travel expenses. This was not done at all. The firm was using interviews for free consulting. If this is how they run interviews, I can only imagine how they run the firm.
