“It was an extremely lengthy interview process. The interview process was very long and drawn out. I went through multiple rounds, met with several team members, and invested a lot of time and energy. After all that, they decided I wasn’t a fit. It felt like this decision could have been made much earlier in the process. The experience was frustrating and emotionally exhausting. I hope they revisit their approach to be more respectful of candidates’ time. I think they assess the candidate only after they finish all the rounds.
