The same format as mentioned by others. Recruiter was unresponsive throughout the process and you got the feeling you were chattel. Also, when they reject you after the on-site, they just send a form letter email. Probably not considering this place in the future as a result of the experience. I have had plenty of recruiters in the past either let me know status of feedback or if there was a pending offer or decline on the position as well as calling with general feedback. Spending a half day or more of time on interviews for your company is a huge investment and you should respect that more. Sounds like I am not the only candidate where this is happening.

The interview process was well structured. Each and every step was outlined perfectly in the introduction and everything followed a definite timeline. I really appreciate the clarity and the standards they set during the initial stages of the interview.
