Pretty negative interview experience. I had a 30-minute call with an HR personnel. The employee let me know that she would be reaching the following week with an update. When I didn't hear back I sent an email following up-- but no response. The company can at least let an individual know if they are going in another direction (people are managing interviews and offers and this would help everyone's timelines)... Very unprofessional to not return emails.
