Received an invitation for an interview after applying on LinkedIn. After the first interview, recruiter said she will be in touch with next steps. She never circled back. I even sent her a follow up email, but she never communicated again after the first round interview. I found that extremely unprofessional, especially when she her self said she will be in touch by next week, either way. Marqeta, you really need to improve your recruitment process!
