I should have not wasted my time after looking at previous reviews. Do they interview people just to get some experience for their developers? Completed the HR round with conversations about my current job etc. Then they don't email you back. Checked with them 2 weeks later. They set up a code pairing interview with one of the developer. As you might have read in most of the reviews for his company, I have not only completed the HackerRank code pairing. The interviewer and I went over the scheduled time discussing about the code and technology stack. The interviewer acknowledged that the code for the program cannot be much optimized. 100% test cases passed, the interviewer is very much satisfied with the code, went over the scheduled time just to discuss about the technology stack..If these things doesn't satisfy them, I am not sure what will.
