It was an entry-level position interview attended by 4-5 senior staff. I was introduced to the gallery owner during the first interview. The responsibilities for the role were not clearly outlined. A majority of the conversation was spent on work culture.

They asked me a significant amount of questions about my previous employer, they had worked with that person in the past. They also asked me if I was comfortable with a tense or occasionally emotionally heightened environment.
