1st interview was with HR lady. She was very rude. She kept asking me about the company I worked before. All she wanted to do was to get information about the company I worked because it was a fashion related company. Later I had a group interview with two girls. They saw my portfolio, but they seemed not interested. After few minutes, they wanted me to do a take home sample. I did a simple and clean web design sample because their previous website was all black and hard to navigate. Few weeks later, they simply copied what I did! I guess they are too lazy to think and don't want to pay graphic designer. Anyhow, I can see that they will never grow because all they do is stealing by interviewing artists and ask for samples.
