The HR interview seems like a process to just ask basic questions. The HR doesn't really know about the role and the requirement. He was stuck with one irrelevant question and I believe he interpreted it in a way that was not supposed to. He would understand the answer better if he knows about the role. But other than that it was easy and straight forward. The feedback was also given quiet fast.

The process was typical for an in-house marketing position. The first round was with a recruiter. Followed by Hiring Manager, then panel interview, and finally a case study. The process was slow.
