Everything starting really good. I had 3 separate, 1 hour phone meetings with 3 different people. They all looked professionals and the process was progressing very fast as we finished all 3 of them in just 1 week. But after that big silence. I had to actually follow up to my application. After a delay of 2-3 weeks I had another 2 interviews face to face. When the conversation reached to annual remuneration I expressed my request. They told me that they will think about it and come back to me. But they never did. So after spending 8 weeks in total, I had to follow up on my own and check what is the update. When I did (more than once) they told me that they are still thinking about it and they will let me know. But they never provided with an answer. Not even a rejection. In theory this position was very important and it will report to CEO and even to the board. Yet they did not bother sending even a rejection email. For the reputation this company has and the level of the position I would say that the way they treated the process was not professional at all.
