Warning - they will ghost you! Applied and got an interview request the next day. Scheduled and completed the interview quickly within the same week. He said they were conducting first-round interviews throughout the next week and then would pick top candidates for the next round. He encouraged me to follow up if I hadn't heard anything by that time next week, and emphasized that they were a small company, not like other companies with bad communication practices. I thought the interview went well, but apparently not! I followed up a week later and received ZERO communication from that point on. Completely GHOSTED! I understand not being able to respond to *every* candidate with the way applications are flooded by the thousands, but an email one way or the other is the LEAST you can do once a candidate enters the interview stage and invests time in the process. Oh yeah, and they'll repost the same position 3 months later. Marketlab - DO BETTER!
