Super fast- there was only one round with the two people that were going to be my supervisors-very very informal. Just be yourself. No case studies or anything of the sort.

Got ghosted after the phone screener. Was shocked, as the recruiter was enthusiastic about my experience, said I was a perfect fit, and I would be scheduled in advance for the next 2-3 rounds of interviews. Heard nothing, reached back out, still nothing, and it wasn't until a few weeks later that I heard back and learned that the role had completely changed. They use an external recruitment agency and it is brand new to the market research industry. This is all according to my recruiter who stated more than once in my screener call, "I know nothing about market research." Awkward. Made for an easy interview, but it seems that the ghosting is a trend here.
