great experience with everyone starting with the recruiter call! met with different levels of employees, though process was somewhat lengthy. i think that's something they can improve on but i know it's season dependent on the speed of interviews.

I applied on August 22nd for the Analyst position on their Content Insights team, they reached out to me for an interview on September 1st. The complete process to receiving a job offer took about a month. Everyone I spoke to from talent acquisition, the director, and the VP were very kind, and it was clear they would actually listen to me. They asked me specific questions based on my answered and about my experiences rather than just reading off a generic list of questions. For the 4th round I was asked to complete a writing test within 5 days and then discussed it over Zoom. Following this 4th interview I was informed that the role I applied for was being paused, as the department was going through some changes. However, they found a position for me in the custom research department. Following this I met with their VP, and was offered the job that same day! I am so grateful to everyone for being so great during this process, and for finding a place for me even after the initial position had closed.
