I received a text message from someone saying she was a recruiter at Market Pay and wanted to speak to me about the Project Manager position that I had applied to. We set up a time to speak 2 days later, but at our scheduled time to talk, she asked if we could reschedule to the following day. I responded that this was okay, but then I did not hear from her again. I followed up one more time, and she never messaged again. This was so bizarre and unprofessional. I looked on LinkedIn and it looks like the person had already got a new job! This was less than 2 weeks after she sent me the first message. I sent a message on LinkedIn to the Talent lead explaining the situation and asking for an update on my application, and there was no response from her either.

I applied online and had an interview in they offices with HR and the hiring manager at the same time. Both seemed very satisfied. But I was not contacted after.
