I applied for the position, completed an assessment, and had a phone screen interview after with an HR representative. During the phone screen, the HR representative provided a high-level background on the company, why they're hiring, salary/benefits package included, related teams involved, and what's expected during the interview process. Following this, I had sent a thank you note directly to the HR representative and had never heard back after (i.e., was ghosted). Based on the unprofessional experience encountered with this organization, I would not consider employment here again. I would advise this organization to have some decency and respect for those who show interest in seeking employment and take time out of their day during the application/hiring process.
