No offer. Had a screening pre-interview phone call to review my resume in more detail. Had face to face interview a week latr with two managers. Discussions about point on my resume were fluild and general conversation about my skills was good and filled the hour long interview. The wrap up was a comment by one manager that they were looking foe someone with web development skills. This was not listed as a job requirement or even a plus. It was not mentioned on the screening call either. I would not have allpied it the job posting had included this skill.
