Process was really easy. You have to do a phone assessment where you read a script, list of names and words. They check for proper enunciation, friendly and professional voice and your ability to read a script as is. If you pass the telephone screening you will be contacted for a phone interview and asked a series of questions.
the interview and the language skill test was easy and took about 2-3 hours for the whole process (from checking your documents to taking language test, project briefing), just to make sure that you're a native language speaker
Completed a brief assessment in a room with no phones and move on to one on one interviews depending on your results. If selected attend orientation with new coworkers. The interview process was very straightforward.
