Had a couple nice interactions with the crew, both individually on an HR screen and then a group interview. The job, the company, and the attitudes and experiences of those I spoke with comported well with my desires and expectations. I was then ghosted by the company and would appreciate it if employers would do prospective employees the courtesy of a note indicating the search has led the company elsewhere, etc.
