Began with a 30 minute informational overview of Marble Law by phone and a recruiter going over the resume I submitted. They thought I would be a good fit, and invited me to interview virtually with one of the managing attorneys in my state. The second interview was scheduled a few days later. My interviewer was straight to the point, and it only took 20-30 minutes (probably less) for them to decide if I was a good fit.
