Direct facetime with the CEO along with other executive members of the firm who held different capacities within the company. Company gave off the rare feeling within boutique consultancy's where the shop appeared to simultaneously have strong relationship building expertise along with strong technical prowess; and not just one or the other. I ended up in a different industry, although was impressed with the firm and would advise prospective consultants to not discount the benefits provided at hidden-gem consulting shops like this in relation to the Deloitte's of the world. I.e. career advancement, executive facetime, broad realm of technical opportunities, etc.
