Interview process took 3 weeks. I applied online. HR send me an email asking my availability with boasting email that I should revert ASAP because there are many candidates. HR makes a mistake and sends me an invitation for the second round but it wasn't for me. Another person with a similar sounding name. Finally I get my second round email which is a day before the second round. HR emails we only have 1 slot available as the management is very busy. Team lead a nice guy and we talked about high level job related technical stuff. Third round was a test send to me on Sunday without asking if I was ready to take the test as there was only 24 hours deadline. I decided not to do the test as the HR made it looked the company is very badly managed and doesn't believe in open and direct communication
