The interview consisted of a half-hour conversation about the position and my career. The only direct question was about my usual workflow. The interviewer either didn’t understand anything I was saying or didn’t know how to express what they were looking for. The feedback I received was along the lines of "we prefer other candidates with more experience in the role," which is surprising given my 20 years of experience with the technology and the responsibilities required. I’m not the first to think that the company's hiring managers have no clue about the industry they work in.

From the start, the team was incredibly responsive, providing quick and constructive feedback at every stage. The interviews themselves were well-structured and comfortable – even the technical session felt supportive and gave me a clear sense of what to expect. Compared to other places I interviewed, the hiring process here stood out as the fastest and most efficient. Moreover, everything described during the interviews – from day-to-day responsibilities to company culture – has matched my actual experience after nearly two months on the job. Overall, I’m very satisfied and grateful for how smooth and transparent the entire process has been.
