      Absolutely disorganized process... Agile Transformation people be ware of terrible leadership and executives working there... 1. HR screening round Let's start with the HR rep stopping you every second taking notes (they never heard about auto captions there at manulife? not surprised). HR reps hiring for IT don't need to be solution architects, IT experts, etc., but they must have a general understanding of questions they have to ask. It was like they had no clue what is this specific job all about. 2. Qualifications assessment This round was professional, smooth and enjoyable, compliments on having some real nice, experienced and talented people there 3. Panel interview With 4 persons, future potential colleagues and team members, remember, this is happening online, half of interviewers were even not on cameras, extra noise, destructions, questions like "why don't we have to hire you", really? This round was completely unacceptable. 4. Executive interview Remember after each round there was at least 2 weeks pause, and you got hold in absolutely dark, what happing next, are you still in it or not. HR rep can send you email saying to expect the meeting invite in the next hour and it won't come in 2 weeks, Anyhow, executive interview was professional, well organized, went over scheduled 1 hours. Interview ended with a sentence coming from executive: "Hope seeing you soon". So, after 4 rounds and almost 3 months into the process from submission date all interviews were completed and manulife went to complete silence for almost a month (you already know this is a NO GO, but still hope is there, you've invested so much time and effort into this)... Follow up letter sent, no response, no calls answered/returned, IN THE END, almost after 4 months, HR rep sends you email, saying you're wonderful but they found somebody even better with the industry experience (you did not know I had no current experience when we started this right??? (sarcasm) and the best wishes... OK, this happens, we are moving on, BUT THIS WAS NOT IT... THE NEXT WEEK GLASSDOOR SENT ME EMAIL, THERE IS THE NEW OPENING AT MANULIFE AND GUESS WHAT SAME POSITION AND EVEN REQUISITION NUMBER OF JOB ID IS THE SAME!!! SO THEY STARTED IT ALL OVER, lying plain and simple in the email, the position was filled. I can tell you with 100% guarantee, there is no way in hell I'll ever apply to this sh*t of the company, nor will have any product, insurance, pension, anything with this miserable liar of the company.
