The most unethical company ever. During the screening interview I quoted an annual salary to which the recruiter said that she wasn't sure if the hiring manager would be able to do. Couple of days later I was invited to the first round of interview. I cleared that and progressed to the next round where I was presented with hypothetical scenarios. I spent an entire weekend to create a well formed presentation that addresses those scenarios. During the second round the hiring manager appreciated my effort and thought process. A week after the HR approached me and asked for my salary expectations because I had cleared the interview process. Later she emails me that the hiring manager can't do the salary that I had initially asked for and gave a number which was 10% lower than my base salary expectations. TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH! And the cherry on top was that they had done the exact same thing with me for another role one year back! This is the reality of this company.
