The whole process was very good, they will call you for a 15-20min pre-selection interview to see if you have the researched profile, if you do, you will undergo an official interview with the recruiter and director, mine was a 2 persons interview via videoconference and lasted about 1 hour. The vibe is very pleasant and not stressful at all, the recruiters makes you comfortable and its apparent to a friendly conversation. They give you informations about job you applied for, what you are expected to do on a daily base. Nothing negative to say on my part. The process took about 1 week and a half. Got feedback fairly quickly and the offer is official once you undergo a mandatory background check that can take up to 7-10 days (Took about 7 days for me, it depends on how long you take to fill and submit your form.)

Tell us about your professional background ? Tell us about a difficult situation you had to deal with in your field of work ? How would you deal with a unsatisfied customer? How do you deal with giving bad news to someone? What is the hardest thing or the thing you like less about your job ? A bunch of customers services related scenarios to see how you would respond. Why do you think you would be an ideal candidate?
I found the interview process to be professional and well organized. I first completed a prescreening interview and then moved forward to a longer interview with the hiring team. The main interview included questions about my previous work experience, behavioural-style questions, and scenario-based questions related to disability case management. They also discussed the role, expectations, onboarding, and a potential start date. Overall, I felt the process was fair, supportive, and gave me a good understanding of the position.

15 minute phone interview for screening followed by a 45 minute interview via teams with hiring manager. Very kind people and friendly to speak with. Answered questions respectfully and with a good attitude.

Entrevista
Quick pre interview phone call with recruiter, then a 45 min zoom call with hiring manager. It felt pretty casual and relaxed. Asked about difficult situations I’ve encountered, how I handled them and wanted to know I could look back and learn what worked and what I could have done differently.
