Worst interview experience, applied for Senior Executive to attend the interview. Interview lasted for 1 hour plus but instead of an interview its more of an interrogation, the moment the both interviewer sat down, one of them spend the first 20 minutes demeaning and insulting my working experience and then spend another 30 minutes gloating about his OWN experience and how he knows more about the industry compared to me, in short the interviewer is flouting his experience.
The 2nd interviewer is the team leader for the position and she managed to answer some question and thats about it, no standard question except that one interviewer who showing off his position while laughing off my working experience.

Entrevista
Process was smooth and interviewer will discuss what the role is required and what will happen after the interview. Interviewer was professional in the questions given, all related to role.
