The process is straight forward with an in-person interview. Questions were straight forward and they discussed the benefits. You can ask them questions and they respond to them. They ask questions about past positions and look at the resume to verify.

The JD is deceptive.
They’re actually looking for an insurance agent if you see something like “ Meet individual sales KPIs, and premium revenue objectives”/ “ client-specific”.
To be fair people there are nice and imply their real intentions in the first interview, but why even bother to go, right?
