After I was referred by a relative, HR called me by phone after 2-3 days. Discussed everything on phone including salary information. After around 2 weeks, I was called in for a technical interview to check my knowledge and experience. Everything went smoothly, I waited less than a month after that and got a Job Offer. What is great is that after the technical interview you won’t be needing to go back to their office as all of the pre-employment checklists, including the signing of the offer, are done online. After submitting all requirements, I was just asked to show up on my first day which is the New Hire’s Orientation.
