The 1st interview was scheduled by HR via Email, giving a Skype number to dial in on a date and time using Skype. I needed to download the software or app myself in advance as part of the preparation of the interview. And I choosed to use the phone as my lapton doesn't enable a camera on chat. Then conduct Skype Interview with the Hiring Manager for 1 hour covering everything on the job description and my past experience.
2nd round video interview with one team manager and one team member. Asked about what is plain vanilla bond, bond feature, etc. more technical questions than behavioral questions. The interview was around 30 minutes.

The JD is deceptive.
They’re actually looking for an insurance agent if you see something like “ Meet individual sales KPIs, and premium revenue objectives”/ “ client-specific”.
To be fair people there are nice and imply their real intentions in the first interview, but why even bother to go, right?

It was a high level interview, lots of technical and behavioral questions, I guess the internal guys got an edge and beat me to the job, lol
