I applied online and recruiter asked me to walk into the office for interview. Even though it was an onsite interview, I was asked to sit in their office room and give interview through my cellphone(as their panelist was working from home). I cleared first round of interview and later was given some coding questions to write it on a piece of paper and hand over to HR so they scan them and send it for review. I was told that I cleared coding round as well. I was made to wait for a while and asked to attend 3rd round of interview with their CEO, It all started with some maths questions, which I was able to solve in my own. I was later criticized as the solution he was looking for was not according to his technique. He now started asking me Javascript related questions, which I was able to answer all of them. Then he again starts criticizing on the maths problem he asked me to solve. He has got head weight and thinks his company as good as the top tier companies and he alone is responsible for all good things that has happened till now with this company.
