Three interviews - one with hiring manager and one with the branch manager. HR interview after assessment center. The tasks on the assessment center are the regular - how you work in a group etc. The main skill tested is the selling skill and the candidate's will to deal with sales and sales goals.

asked about past experience and job expectations, they also share about how their internal structure works and check whether I have any questions to ask, interviewer was nice and willing to answer my questions. but other staff was quite busy.
I had a great experience with the interview process. It began with a phone interview, which was followed by a second-round virtual interview via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were well-organized, and the communication was clear throughout. Shortly after completing both rounds, I received an offer — the turnaround was impressively quick. Overall, the process was efficient, respectful, and made me feel valued as a candidate
