for fresher they mainly,test ur ability to think balance and honesty.

Entrevista
There was first a group discussion round with a panel of 2 people, one was from HR and other from operations . The second stage was of interview with a person from operations itself. The topics of GD were very vague like women and their position in India since independence etc.
