very easy. they just want some unpaid student help them to grow business. applied on their website, and got an email from the manager several weeks after. they asked me to have an on-site interview in the next week. during the on-site interview, the manager just asked some basic questions about your major, your availability, when do you want to start the work. nothing else. no working experience questions, no project related questions.
