Applied online, had a phone interview, and was offered the job a few days later. It was a pretty intense application, but I had the knowledge and skills to do well with the application.

Very good overall was very relaxed and asked questions relevant to the position. Would like to have known what I was really to be doing before taking the job. Manger was very knowledgeable about computers and IT.
