Entrevista
First a group interview, asking some questions about how would you build a cloud company. Some of the interview was carried in english. Then a interview with human resources, asking about your CV (no preparation needed), and later a manager interview, asking what were the risks that an oil company suffers (I was appliying for the Energy department)

Group interview with 10+ others. Conducted in December over Zoom. 4 women oversaw the interview. Worked through a case with a team and created slides to present. Watched a company video. Lasted 1 hour.
Dinámica en grupo en la cual debe resolverse un caso conjuntamente. En las siguientes rondas entrevistas individuales con miembros de la empresa. La segunda ronda es con responsable de adquisición de talento.

Entrevista
First contact with HR rep and then interview with project director, although sometimes there's a third interview with a group. You get asked field related questions and some logical thinking ones too.
