Apply on company website, recruiter emails to come in for exam and group dynamic. Exam was 10-12 questions long with multiple parts. It was outdated data and asks odd comparative questions. after that you are assigned to a group and tasked to present a possible new business idea for a company.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
