Entrevista
First it was a quick call, then an interview with HR after that an interview with a manager and then an interview with a partner. The last interview with the partner, I would not call it an interview it was more of a 1+ hour lecture about the company history no questions for me whatsoever. And after all these interviews and time wasting, they ghosted me. Not even an email with the standard "Unfortunatley we went with another candidate" just silence. Would never recommend an unserious company such as management solutions.

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa
Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.
The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
