Over two month long process, multiple zooms, phone calls, and then and in person interview in the city where I took personal time to accommodate all of these meetings. The in person interview was over 5 hours long, just to have to wait another 3 weeks to hear anything back. In the end with all the communication back and forth with the in house recruiter and people I interviewed with, I received a “no-reply” automated message saying that I didn’t get the job. Considering how much time and energy was put into my interview process it seemed extremely cold and inappropriate.
