Entrevista
For me my interview was pretty simple and straight forward as I was referred to the job by a current employee who gave me a very strong recommendation. I had an initial phone interview screening by an HR rep; a second phone interview with one of the support leads; then a final in person interview with the Support Manager, a 3 person panel interview with the support supervisor, the same lead I interviewed with on the phone, and the senior support specialist. Also, the head of HR went over some basics with me initially and after the panel interview, and the CEO Marcin came and spoke with me for 10 or 15 mins as he does with every interviewee to give a final check on all new hires and to help facilitate the open door policy so everyone feels comfortable to approach him.

They got into specifics with some pieces of malware which I was not familiar with as the 2 times I got malware/randomware on my own PC was resolved with a system restore.
