A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. I had a screener, an interview with the hiring manager, and then two 'panel' (each was three back-to-back 30 min 1x1s) interviews. The whole process took about a month. The recruiter was wonderful - responsive, helpful, supportive and friendly. The team was really warm and easy to talk to and the interviews were quite conversational.
