Applied and received an email within 24 hours from a recruiter to schedule a call. It was fairly standard phone screen. Recruiter wanted me to speak with hiring manager ASAP, and scheduled for the next day. It was apparent from the beginning the hiring manager was not interested. Very much a standard "tell me about yourself" asked some questions and he responded with doubt and some sarcasm to my response. I asked some questions which were flatly answered, no excitement about the company, it ended early. The recruiter did follow up the next day with a no interest.
