The negative part during the interview process, which I'm seeing for the first time, is that after asking me questions, the interviewer kept telling me to ask her questions. It was like a game, who asks questions. She also didn't set the tone for how the interview process would look like. The interviewer probably didn't have a lot of experience conducting interviews. One week after the interview, I got rejected, saying I didn't show interest in the company. It seemed weird because I had a lot of knowledge about the company and talked about it during the interview.
