I had an in-person interview, after about 10 minutes, the 2 people with the highest level in the recruitment team, both started laughing like in school without any reason, and one of them left the room because this person couldn't stop laughing, apparently at me, the candidate who took the time to go to their office and have an interview. Just two working days later, I received a rejection email. It was so embarrassing and really shows the poor and terrible company culture, so informal and unprofessional! I'm really glad I'm not working with them.
