Hiring Manager was very professional. His name was Bill in Charlotte Office. He had a lot of interviews he said he had to complete. He offered me the job on the spot after asking me questions about previous employers and why I wanted this job. I can't thank him enough for giving me a chance although I did not pass the background check with Crimshield and wasn't aware there was a open case under my name, which is not handled and dismissed by the way. So if you don't have a clear background check don't waste their time or yours. I feel bad but thankful I was given the possible opportunity. I wish I could have gotten this job, but God
