Very long process. There are multiple interviews, a campus tour, and other things. The mid year on boarding process was alright. There are a lot of little things you have to do that can easily delay your start date.

The interview was a few phone interviews screening how I would handle different scenarios and what approaches to teaching I have as well as what is the driving force and motivation to work at their school.
