First had an interview with an HR manager, the call was very friendly. After that I was invited to a second interview via zoom with the Head of UX and a Senior UX designer. Very nice people, felt super comfortable. hen I was asked to do a 1 week UX design challenge, and present it. Had a lot of fun doing the challenge. The process took 2 weeks ( including the Design challenge) after that I got the job offer ^_^
