Got a call from a consultancy. There was a total of 4 rounds. Got rejected in the first round without getting any clear feedback. The interview was easy I answered all the given questions. I solved both questions in an optimal way. I was expected to call for the next round. But got mail that you're not shortlisted, without any clear feedback where I was done a mistake. It seems the interviewer came with his own fixed set of solutions and perceptions. Dear team, whenever you reject someone give clear feedback. So the candidate came to know that he had done a mistake.
