The interview process was a little odd. You are first seen by a recruiter and then scheduled a group follow-up interview. There were about 20 of us in one room and given a paper application to fill out. Make sure you fill out the application fully, it is a test. The recruiter then prepares you to tell a brief summary of yourself infront of the general manager, the owner and the rest of the applicants. It can be a very intimidating process.
