First you have to take a Wonderlic test. Then interview with the director of engineering about your past jobs and he quizzes you about a few prints and how you would process them. After that you interview with HR who asks and talks about some of their policies. Then you interview with two of the team leads/managers; one of which could potentially be your new boss.
