I applied for multiple positions so that I had more of a chance of being called. I had 3 different interviews. The first 2 started in the direction of the Server position even though I had applied for the EC and party hostess as well. The last interview was more for the EC position. I spoke with a different person each time. The first time was with the banquet manager, I am not sure of the second manager's title and the third was with the general manager and the sales manager. I was also supposed to meet with the bar manage, however I never did even though he would email me to come in for a "2nd interview" when in reality it was more than that. It seemed that interview notes were not being relayed to the proper people so there was a lot of unorganization and confusion. In all the interviews, the managers that I spoke with were not even aware that I would be coming in because of poor communication. I am not very happy with the experience, however I still want to know if they are going to offer me a position because I would still like the EC job. Still waiting to hear back on if I will be offered either position.
